By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. The Service is in active development; features and limits may change. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Framesite turns your existing video into visible, pages built from your video for your own website, and gives you tools to import video from connected services, build and publish pages, and understand how your content performs. Some features run automatically in the background once you turn them on, for example reading your website or preparing suggestions; nothing publishes without a home you configured and the publish settings you chose.
You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite, and for activity under your workspace. Workspace roles control who can change settings, connect services, and approve spending. If you run an agency workspace with client workspaces inside it, you confirm you are authorized to act for those clients.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own and your clients' legitimate business purposes, subject to these terms. We may suspend or end access to protect the Service or other customers.
The Service, including its software, source code, models, prompts, designs, and underlying methods, is owned by Maestro Media and protected by law. Using the Service grants you no ownership of it. You may not, and may not permit anyone to:
Note: pages you choose to publish are intentionally public and meant to be read by people, search engines, and AI agents. This section restricts the Service itself, not the pages you publish.
You keep ownership of the video, transcripts, and materials you upload or import ("Your Content"). You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transcribe, analyze, and generate from Your Content to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions (including from people on camera) to use Your Content this way.
You can connect third-party accounts, for example Zoom, Google, Vimeo, Frame.io, Dropbox, OneDrive, Wistia, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or the platform your website runs on. Your use of a connected service stays governed by that provider's own terms. You confirm you are authorized to connect each account and that you have all rights and consents needed to bring the content you import into the Service, and we access it only as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for connected services, and a provider may limit or revoke access on their side.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using features that read YouTube data you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to build pages from Your Content and is designed to stay tied to its source: quotes come from your transcript, claims trace to a source, and uncertain items are held for your confirmation instead of published. AI output can still be inaccurate, and automated transcription and analysis can contain mistakes. You review and approve what publishes, you are responsible for the pages you publish and the domains you publish to, and you should independently verify important facts before relying on them.
We do not use content you bring in from a connected service to train machine learning models, and we contract with our AI providers so they do not train their models on Your Content. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle processing and training.
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you lack rights to, mislead (including passing off generated content as a person's words when they never said them), attempt to access another customer's data, probe or attack the Service, or interfere with its operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestro Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior three months.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, acceptable use, warranties, liability) survive termination.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change. Questions: help@framesite.ai.
